Hello! We're back!
Posted 1st June 2008, by AndyUKComments (0)
Well, um I'm not totally sure if anyone stumbles across our website anymore.
Apparently some free ware websites have decided to directly link to some of our games which caused the site to reach it's monthly bandwidth limit about 10 days into May.
Rather than complain about it I'll just be thankful that our games are reaching a wider audience (Apparently people in Brazillian downloaders downloaded Buzz the Squirrel 2 over 5000 times.

A for Ectoprods as a group. Well we're still active although a few of us seem to have not stayed in contact as much as we used to. Myself and Phizzy speak almost daily on Messenger and Shab and Peblo regularly keep in touch.

And we're all working on something along side other things going on in our lives.

So you might yet see a resurgence some time in the future.

A new year and a new beginning for Ectoprods! Well. we never really ended at any point. But this year should be a good one. I'm actually getting to the point where I can see the end of Lil' pirate. Shabadage is working on The Core, a story based platform shoot em up.
Peblo is working on Eo neo fire 2 and a complicated Isometric engine for an up and coming game. Phizzy is working on a fantastic level editor that i am using with Lil' pirate. Um... everyone else seems to be too busy for me to know what they're up to. So i assume they're working really hard on some games!!

Happy new year everyone!

Merry Christmas everyone!

We've all been busy this year doing stuff so hopefully the new year lets us makes some great games we all know we're capable of.

Yes yes, you heard me correctly. A newspost containing information about some new site content. This time it is my one week made Schmup called Fixed Stream. It's alrigth and has some decent gameplay (in my opinion). Head over to the game directly!

Also AndyUK has posted a preview on his game Lil' pirate. I suggest you check that out aswell by going here.

I finally finished a game. That game is Pete the Laid-Back Rabbit and it has been received both some praise and some bad reviews over at the Daily Click. Either way, if you would like to try it out head over to the games section and give it a try.

Click here to go to the download page.

Next in line for me will hopefully be a joined project with a coder since I hate doing all the work by myself. I'm also thinking of reworking an RPG that I have which is very Castlevania Symphony of the Night inspired.
